beef & marrow soup, pickles

kilawin na baka
beef tartare, ginger, chili, shallot

sisig + laing
pig head cannelloni, coconut braised greens

saging + sorbetes
banana tart, ice cream

Filipino-inspired cocktails and San Miguel will also be available.
